T/A,Mobile bill,Insurance,Gratuity Salary Review: Yearly Festival Bonus: 3 The salary during the probationary period is BDT 22,000, and after confirmation, the salary will be BDT 25,500. Probation period: 6 months. Permanent appointment will be offered based on performance evaluation. After permanent appointment, PF, gratuity, and insurance benefits will be applicable. At the time of joining, a refundable security deposit must be submitted, which will be returned according to the organization`s policy. Other benefits will be provided as per the organization`s rules.
