Accounts Officer (Tally Operator)

Job Description / Responsibility

Must have excellent knowledge of Tally software and MS Excel
Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded
Bank reconciliation
Maintaining purchase and sales register
Reconciliation of different ledgers regularly
Handle company’s accounting activities and maintain record
Reconciliation of financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing accounting information
Bill checking and verifying (Supplier Bill and Party Payment)
Assist in the processing of balance sheets, income statements and other financial statements
Generating billing statements and reports
Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports as per management requirment
Any other task assigned by management

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in Accounting
Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in Finance

Experience Requirements

At least 1 year
Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
