We’re looking for a Meta (Facebook/Instagram) & Google Ads Expert to join our team full-time, on-site.
Ad Execution Process (Must Follow)
Campaign Goal Selection
Competitor Ads Analysis
Ad Copy & Messaging Creation
Visual Confirmation with Design Team (design team provides creatives)
Ad Message Template Creation
Audience Research & Targeting
Campaign Publishing & Optimization
Job Details
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Educational Requirements

Bachelor/Honors

Experience Requirements

2 to 6 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Direct Selling/Marketing Service Company

Additional Job Requirements

Age 28 to 40 years
Minimum 2+ years of ad running experience in Bangladesh
Strong experience with full-funnel ad strategies
Experience with client-side tracking (pixel, GA4)
Nice to have: Server-side tracking (CAPI, GTM)
Excellent time management & communication skills
Fast executor and a strong team player
Must be available to start immediately
