Job Description / Responsibility
- AmarSolution is a fast-growing IT company specializing in POS and ERP software in Bangladesh, providing end-to-end software solutions for Various Industries, Including Retail, Wholesale, Restaurants, Fashion Houses, Supermarkets, Online Businesses, and Manufacturing industries such as pharmaceuticals, Food, Garments, Chemicals, and Agrovet. - Now, weβre looking for an enthusiastic and driven Digital Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team.
- Job Responsibilities:
- Planned and executed paid advertising campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads
- Managed daily social media posting, engagement, and community management
- Conducted keyword research and implemented basic SEO strategies
- Created marketing content including captions, blogs, and ad copy
- Designed promotional creatives using Canva
- Monitored campaign performance and optimized ads for better ROI
- Generated leads through targeted digital campaigns
- Prepared weekly and monthly performance reports using analytics tools
- Coordinated with sales and design teams to ensure campaign success

- Work Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Saturday to Thursday)
- Weekend: Friday
- Probation Duration: 3 months
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in Marketing
- Bachelorβs degree in Marketing/Business/Related field
Experience Requirements
- 1 to 2 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): IT Enabled Service
Additional Job Requirements
- 1β2 years of experience in digital marketing
- Knowledge of Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and SEO
- Basic design skills (Canva/Photoshop preferred)
- Strong communication and analytical skills
- Tech-savvy with a basic understanding of software products and their applications.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic HR software.
