Job Description / Responsibility
- Design & Promotional Material Management
- Prepare and coordinate job requests for:
- Business Cards (Consultants & Staff)
- Official Seals
- Door Name Plates
- Consultant OPD Boards
- Leaflets & Brochures (Hospital Services Promotion)
- Banners (Health Day Observation & Campaign)
- Signage & Signboards (Hospital Promotion & Directional)
- Develop demo designs for leaflets, banners, seals, name plates and promotional materials
- Coordinate with vendors/printing press and ensure quality control
- Design marketing gift items and promotional materials
- Digital Marketing & Media Management
- Update Hospital Website & Patient Management System (PMS)
- Consultant photography for website, PMS & social media
- Arrange and coordinate consultant video shooting
- Create social media content and post planning
- Video editing and graphic design for promotional campaigns
- Maintain hospital online branding consistency
- Public Relation & Corporate Service
- Attend corporate patients and ensure service facilitation
- Handle referral patients (OPD & IPD service coordination)
- Coordinate corporate client communication
- Arrange and organize hospital official programs and events
- Event photography (New Consultant Joining, CME, Product Launch, VIP Visit, Inauguration etc.)
- Maintain PRF request, follow-up and documentation
- Coordinate internal departments for patient service support
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor/Honors
- Masters
- Marketing
- Business Administration (BBA/MBA – Major in Marketing)
- Public Relation / Media & Communication
- Mass Communication & Journalism
- Hospital Administration / Health Service Management
- Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree in any of the following:

- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Hospital
Additional Job Requirements
- Experience Requirements:
- Minimum 3–5 years experience in Hospital Public Relation / Hospital Marketing / Healthcare Corporate Service
- Experience in corporate hospital environment will be highly preferred
