Job Description / Responsibility
  • We are building two premium healthcare brands in Dhaka:
  • NeoSmile – A modern aesthetic dental brand specializing in teeth whitening, clear aligners, and smile makeovers.
  • RENUE – A medically supervised longevity clinic offering international health screening, preventive diagnostics, and performance optimization programs.
  • We are design-driven, detail-oriented, and highly protective of brand perception.
  • Role Overview
  • This role builds and manages our organic content engine (not paid ads). You will drive awareness, retargeting content, and brand authority through visual storytelling.
  • Core Responsibilities
  • Coordinate UGC creators and testimonial shoots
  • Write 3–5 short-form reel scripts weekly (TOF/MOF/BOF)
  • Develop strong hooks and translate medical topics into relatable content
  • Create and maintain Canva-based template systems
  • Plan and oversee shooting days
  • Direct photographers/videographers with mood boards and brand standards
  • Audit all content to maintain premium positioning

Educational Requirements
Experience Requirements
  • At least 1 year
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Advertising Agency, Direct Selling/Marketing Service Company

Additional Job Requirements
  • Age 20 to 28 years
  • Strong visual taste, Canva mastery, basic CapCut/Premiere skills, understanding of IG/TikTok trends, scriptwriting ability, and high attention to detail.
