Job Description / Responsibility
- Job Summary:
- The Graphics Designer cum Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for creating visually engaging content and executing digital marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, audience engagement, and online growth. The role combines creative design expertise with data-driven marketing execution across social media, web, and digital advertising platforms.
- Key Responsibilities
- Design engaging visuals for social media, websites, advertisements, email campaigns, and marketing materials.
- Develop brand-consistent creatives including banners, posters, brochures, and promotional graphics.
- Create and edit images, short videos, and multimedia content.
- Ensure all designs align with brand identity and campaign objectives.
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media, search engines, and email platforms.
- Manage and grow social media accounts through strategic content and engagement.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize using analytics tools.
- Support SEO initiatives to improve website traffic and online visibility.
- Coordinate online promotions, paid ads, and content scheduling.
- Assist in developing marketing content and campaign ideas.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support business goals.
- Maintain content calendars and prepare performance reports.
- Conduct UI/UX research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing.
- Perform any other job- related duties as may be assigned by management.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in Marketing
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Design, Computer Science, or related field.
Experience Requirements
- 6 to 8 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Advertising Technology (AdTech) Startup, Plastic/ Polymer Industry
Additional Job Requirements
- Age 30 to 40 years
- Video editing or motion graphics skills.
- Experience with website content management systems.
- Ability to manage multiple projects independently.
