Job Description / Responsibility

Handle PI finalization and follow-up with suppliers.
Manage LC/BBLC issuance to acceptance process.
Process UD issuance from BGMEA.
Conduct thorough import document checking and finalization.
Maintain close coordination with Relationship Managers (RM), suppliers, shipping lines, and clearing & forwarding (C&F) agents from shipment to in-house delivery.
Ensure compliance with HS Code classification, Import Policy, and Customs Law.
Work in accordance with UCP 600 guidelines for LC documentation.
Prepare and manage documentation for cash incentive claims.
Monitor shipment status and ensure timely customs clearance.
Coordinate with banks, freight forwarders, and internal departments for smooth operations.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor/Honors
Masters

Experience Requirements

At least 5 years
