Job Description / Responsibility
  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels
  • Provide accurate information regarding company services
  • Maintain customer records and follow up on pending issues
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Ensure professional and timely communication with clients

Educational Requirements
  • Bachelor/Honors
  • Educational Qualification: Minimum Graduate
Experience Requirements
  • At least 2 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Automobile, Freight forwarding, Transportation

Additional Job Requirements
  • Minimum 02 years of experience in Customer Care
  • Good command of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong skills in Email & Outlook communication
  • Good knowledge of English (written and spoken)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
