Job Description / Responsibility

Job Context
Biomax International is a leading supplier of medical equipment and diagnostic solutions in Bangladesh. We are looking for a smart, well-spoken, and customer-focused Receptionist & Customer Care – Relationship Officer (Female) to manage front-desk operations, handle client communications, and ensure professional customer support.
Department: Sales and Marketing Department.
Location: Office.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome and assist visitors and clients in a professional manner.
Receive and handle incoming phone calls, emails, and customer inquiries.
Provide clear information about company products and services.
Maintain proper call records and customer databases.
Follow up with clients for service, sales and payment updates.
Support sales and service team through effective communication.
Attend training sessions to develop product knowledge and customer handling skills.

Educational Requirements

Higher Secondary
Higher Secondary (HSC) or above.

Experience Requirements

At most 2 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Medical Equipment
Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Additional Job Requirements

Only Female
Strong communication skills in Bangla.
Smart, confident, well-presented, and customer-friendly attitude.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling).
0–2 years of experience (Freshers are encouraged to apply).
