Job Description / Responsibility
  • Lead R&D for knitted fabric/product development – Innovate and improve knitting techniques.
  • Manage knitting trials and prototypes – Test samples, ensure quality, tweak designs.
  • Collaborate with design and production teams – Align R&D with production needs.
  • Research new yarns, techniques, and trends – Stay updated on industry innovations.
  • Optimize processes for efficiency and cost – Improve methods, reduce waste.
  • Ensure quality standards in prototypes and production – Check fabric specs, handle quality issues.
  • Manage R&D team and resources – Guide team, allocate tasks.
  • Work with suppliers for raw materials – Source yarns, test materials.
  • Support production with technical troubleshooting – Solve knitting issues like defects or machine problems.
  • Document processes, trials, and outcomes – Maintain R&D records for future reference.

Educational Requirements
  • Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering
  • Master of Science (MSc) in Textile Engineering
Experience Requirements
  • 12 to 15 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Dyeing Factory, Garments, Textile

Additional Job Requirements
  • Age 30 to 40 years
  • Only Male
  • BSC in Textile Engineering will be given preference.
