Job Description / Responsibility

Job Overview
The Trainee Merchandiser position is a key role within the Merchandising Department. The ideal candidate will support production and sample follow-ups, manage packaging trims booking, handle ERP input, and undertake additional tasks as assigned.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in end-to-end merchandising activities (development to shipment)
Work closely with factories, suppliers, and internal teams
Support sample development, approvals, and production tracking
Work with suppliers to ensure raw materials and trims are available
Learn buyer communication and compliance processes
Maintain buyer documentation, T&A, and order status reports
Provide regular updates to senior on order status

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering

Experience Requirements

At most 1 year
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Textile
