Job Description / Responsibility

Prepare operation breakdown for each style before production.
Design and develop efficient production line layouts.
Calculate thread consumption for costing and planning.
Identify critical operations and provide effective solutions to production issues.
Analyze risk factors for every style and implement preventive measures.
Prepare and maintain skill matrix; ensure proper skill ratio in production lines.
Attend production meetings and set realistic production targets.
Conduct capacity planning, motion study, and production study.
Perform line balancing and operator grading assessment.
Participate in Pre-Production (PP) meetings and resolve style-related difficulties.
Develop and improve production methods and processes.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor/Honors
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Textile Engineering, or related field from reputed university.

Experience Requirements

2 to 6 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

Additional Job Requirements

Age 25 to 40 years
Minimum 2 years’ experience in any reputed Denim garments industry in IE Department (Cutting/ Sewing/ Finishing).
Strong ability to communicate with Management· & result oriented
Strong knowledge of line balancing, SMV calculation, capacity planning, and motion study.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel and production planning tools.
Strong communication and team coordination skills.
