Job Description / Responsibility

Maintain accurate records of fabric receiving, inventory, and issuance using register, Excel, and software.
Ensure proper storage, handling, and preservation of fabrics.
Conduct fabric reconciliation/closing both physically and through system reports.
Prepare and maintain documentation and reports related to fabric movement and stock status.
Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely fabric availability for production.
Support management with reports and analysis on fabric utilization.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor/Honors

Experience Requirements

At least 3 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Group of Companies, Garments

Additional Job Requirements

Experienced in fabric store operation in any woven garments manufacturing unit
Sound knowledge on Fabric closing/reconciliation (physically & reporting)
Proficiency in MS Excel/Word/OutlookGood interpersonal and communication skills
