Merchandiser / Sr. Merchandiser (Knit, Woven & Sweater)

Job Description / Responsibility

Prepare Costing and price negotiation with buyers and factories.
Cross costing of all knit, woven and sweater items.
Sourcing right factory for the right product maintaining sustainability, quality and cost.
Follow up the entire merchandising process from product development to shipment with the factories.
Communicate independently with buyers for pricing, approvals, comments, revisions & order confirmation.
Handle L/C, Sales Contract and commercial matters.
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly merchandising status reports for management.
Maintain strong relationships with suppliers, buyers, and support departments.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor/Honors

Experience Requirements

4 to 8 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Textile, Buying House, Garments

Additional Job Requirements

Age 25 to 35 years
Should have product and fabric knowledge of specially Woven and Sweater items.
Should be able to prepare costing of specially Woven and Sweater products.
Experience in working at Buying House.
Supplier sourcing with goods connections.
