Job Description / Responsibility

Maintain the SOP for the cutting, finishing, and sampling sections.
Provide productivity target (Cutting, Sewing, finishing etc:) and ensure physical implementation as per plan.
Applicant must have knowledge about SMV calculation, Production & process capacity study.
Analyze NPT-based root causes and develop a corrective action plan for reducing NPT.
Involve in daily capacity study and motion study at cutting, finishing, and sample sections.
Must have knowledge about the knit garment manufacturing process and the risk assessment of the product.
Set up & maintain 5S activities on cutting, finishing, and sample sections.
Process develops to achieve the targeted productivity.
Analyze individual operator`s performance & Unskilled operator`s performance follow up.
Input, output & hourly production monitoring & ensuring proper data-keeping.
Factory Production Incentive report monitoring.
Any other assignment as assigned by the Management.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mathematics
Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Statistics
Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Chemistry
Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Technology
Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Industrial Eng & Production

Experience Requirements

At most 2 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments
Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
