Job Description / Responsibility

Job Responsibilities – Quality In-Charge
Oversee and manage overall apparel inspection quality activities across all assigned factories in Bangladesh.
Ensure compliance with buyer requirements, Japanese quality standards, and company inspection protocols.
Plan, monitor, and control inspection processes including inline, final, and pre-shipment inspections.
Lead, train, and supervise quality inspectors to maintain consistent inspection accuracy and performance.
Communicate effectively with Japanese clients regarding inspection findings, quality issues, and corrective actions.
Review inspection reports, identify quality trends, and take preventive measures to minimize defects.
Coordinate with factories’ production and quality teams to resolve quality non-conformities.
Ensure proper implementation of AQL standards and inspection methodologies.
Conduct root cause analysis and follow up on corrective and preventive action (CAPA).
Maintain accurate inspection records, reports, and documentation.
Support management in continuous quality improvement initiatives.
Ensure adherence to workplace safety, compliance, and ethical standards during inspections.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg)

Experience Requirements

10 to 20 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Buying House, Third Party Auditor (Quality, Health, Environment, Compliance
