Job Description / Responsibility
  • 100% Export oriented foreign Shoe Factory seeks applications for the following permanent positions.
  • Job Location: Adamjee EPZ, Shiddirgonj, Narayanganj.

Educational Requirements
  • Bachelor of Science (BSc)
  • Bachelor/Honors
  • Graduate/B.Sc. from any reputed leather technology Institute.
Experience Requirements
  • 2 to 5 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Tannery/Footwear

Additional Job Requirements
  • At least 2-5 years’ experiences in any recognized shoe manufacturing company.
  • Computer literacy is a must. Excellent knowledge in MS Excel, MS Word, e-mail and internet browsing.
  • Good command in English Language is needed.
  • Good communication skill is required.
  • Should be knowledge in leather technology, Shoe Technology, Technical Route, Cutting, Sewing, Lasting, Injection Molding (TPR-PVC, PU-PU, PU-TPU) & Finishing Technology.
  • Should be responsible to implement all quality norms and system across the production activity and standardize the quality procedure. Critically inspect & evaluate the product right from the initial stage, i.e. Raw material till the finish stage and also provide expert guidance and support till delivery.
  • Should have good leadership, direction and communication skill.
  • Academic Qualification can be relaxed for Highly Experienced candidates.
  • Honest, energetic and polite in manner with positive personality.
