Job Description / Responsibility
  • Position Overview:
  • Daffodil International College (DIC), Dhaka is seeking a passionate and qualified Lecturer in Finance, Banking & Insurance to join its academic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality education in Finance, Banking & Insurance, fostering student engagement, and contributing to the academic and cultural development of the institution.
  • Conducting Subject related Theory Classes and Online Classes as per NCTB and NU prescribed syllabus.
  • Preparing Lesson Plan, question paper, report and worksheets.
  • Taking exams and checking answer scripts, taking required number of CT, MT & Presentation.
  • Loving and caring the students with joyful and positive motivation.
  • Making optimum utilization of class time.
  • Ensuring active participation of students in classes.
  • Skilled in keeping records both digitally (computerized) and manually.
  • Active involvement in different extracurricular activities.
  • Developing course curriculum if necessary.
  • Reporting online for the work/s.
  • Cooperate with the management.

Educational Requirements
  • Bachelor/Honors
  • Masters
  • Bachelor’s (Honours) and Master’s in Finance and Banking
Experience Requirements
  • 1 to 3 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): College
