Job Description / Responsibility

As the Chief Academic Officer (CAO), you will lead the company’s academic vision, curriculum strategy, and instructional innovation. You will ensure that Mojaru’s learning products and courses are of the highest quality, relevant, and outcome-focused. Your key responsibilities include:
Define and implement the company’s academic vision and strategy.
Supervise curriculum design, content development, and instructional models for online and offline courses.
Lead, train, and support teachers, content developers, and academic teams.
Design new courses and update content aligned with the national curriculum and global best practices.
Analyze academic performance, learning outcomes, and student feedback to develop improvement plans.
Design and implement new academic products, programs, and certifications.
Establish and manage academic quality assurance (QA) systems.
Participate actively in strategic decision-making with the CEO and executive leadership.
Integrate emerging technologies such as AI, gamification, and adaptive learning into learning solutions.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
Master of Business Administration (MBA)
Executive Master of Business Administration (EMBA)
University of Dhaka,North South University,BRAC University,East West University students will get preference

Experience Requirements

At least 10 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Educational Technology (Edtech) Startup
