Job Description / Responsibility

Prepare and implement lesson plans in accordance with the prescribed.
Teach Bangla language, grammar, literature.
Maintain a positive, disciplined, and engaging classroom environment.
Prepare, conduct, and evaluate class tests, quizzes, and term examinations.
Monitor students’ academic progress and provide guidance and counseling to help them improve.
Ensure active participation of students through interactive and creative teaching methods.
Improve students’ pronunciation, spelling, writing, and sentence construction skills.
Communicate clearly and effectively with students, fellow teachers, guardians, and administrative officials.
Design and Implement project-based learning activities.
Run club activities and events.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Bengali
Bachelor’s degree (BA) in Bangla or relevant subject.

Experience Requirements

At least 2 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): School, Training Institutes

Additional Job Requirements

Age At least 24 years
Good communication (written/verbal) & presentation skills.
Strong analytical & leadership ability and work as a strategic thinker.
Positive work ethics and result oriented for assigned responsibilities.
