Job Description / Responsibility
  • Job Context
  • Asia Continental Group (BD) (RL-523), established in 1992, is a government-approved international recruiting agency and one of the leading overseas manpower organizations in Bangladesh.
  • We are currently seeking experienced and competent Instructors for Welding/ Mechanical training programs under our technical training division.
  • Office Time: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM
  • Working Days: 6 Days per Week
  • Weekly Holiday: Friday
  • Job Responsibilities:
  • Conduct theoretical and practical classes in respective trade
  • Deliver competency-based training following CS & CBLM guidelines
  • Prepare lesson plans, training schedules & evaluation reports
  • Evaluate trainees based on competency standards
  • Maintain discipline with professional classroom management
  • Supervise maintenance of workshop tools, machinery & equipment
  • Assist in construction site supervision (Structural Engineering preferred)
  • Ensure safety standards in workshop & training floor
  • Perform any additional duties assigned by management

Educational Requirements
  • Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical)
  • Must hold NSC in Mechanical Trade (BNQF Level–2)
  • Must be CBT&A Methodology Level–1 to 4 Certified
Experience Requirements
  • 4 to 6 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Immigration/Visa Processing, Travel Agent, Training Institutes

Additional Job Requirements
  • Age 25 to 45 years
  • Only Male
  • 4 to 6 years practical and/or teaching experience or 10 years foreign work experience
  • Relevant foreign work experience (Preferred)
  • Experience in Manpower Recruitment / Hospital / Airline sector preferred
  • Physically and mentally fit
  • Skilled in SMAW & GTAW (1G–6G) welding positions (For Welding Instructor)
  • Strong knowledge of Mechanical Maintenance & Structural Engineering
  • Good communication & leadership ability
  • Classroom & workshop supervision experience
