Job Description / Responsibility

Job Overview:
HBH International Nursing College is a pioneer Nursing College in Bangladesh providing high quality nursing education since 2021. We are seeking a qualified and motivated Part-Time IELTS Teacher to prepare students for the IELTS examination. The teacher will be responsible for delivering engaging lessons, improving students’ English proficiency, and helping them achieve their target band scores.
Key Responsibilities:
Part-time (Flexible hours, usually evenings or weekends).
02 hours Classes at least 03 days a week.
May include online or offline teaching.
Plan and deliver IELTS preparation classes (Academic and/or General Training).
Teach all four modules:
A) Listening
B) Reading
C) Writing
D) Speaking
Provide strategies, exam techniques, and time management skills.
Assess students’ performance through mock tests and regular evaluations.
Provide constructive feedback, especially for Writing and Speaking.
Develop lesson plans and prepare teaching materials.
Track students’ progress and maintain academic records.
Motivate students and create a positive learning environment.
Experience conducting mock speaking tests.
Ability to teach both online and in-person classes.
Good classroom management skills.
Any other duties imposed upon by the authorities.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Arts (BA) in English
Master of Arts (MA) in English

Experience Requirements

At least 2 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): College

Additional Job Requirements

IELTS overall band score of 7.5+ (8.0+ preferred).
Previous experience teaching IELTS or ESL.
Strong command of English (spoken and written).
Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Other Benefits

Monthly payments on an hourly basis at the end of the month. Hourly rates can be determined through negotiation.
