Job Description / Responsibility
- Context:
- ADUST is looking for dynamic Professors for the following departments:
- CSE, EEE, Civil Engineering, Textile Engineering, Robotics & Automation Engineering, Journalism & Media Studies, Fashion Design & Technology, Law, Education, English, Pharmacy, Public Health, BBA & Agribusiness.
- Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality lectures and conduct tutorials as per the assigned course load.
- Relevant and significant experience in leading educational institutions
- Excellent organizational skills and professionalism
- Curriculum development and evaluation
- Evaluate student performance through assessments, projects, and examinations.
- Conduct original research in the area of expertise.
- Represent the institution in academic and professional forums.
- Participate in community outreach and knowledge dissemination activities.
- Prepare and update course materials, including syllabi, assignments, and exams.
Educational Requirements
- PhD (Doctor of Philosophy)
- Master of Philosophy (M.Phil)
- Masters
- (a) PhD or equivalent degree with at least 2 (two) 1st class/division/Grade A. At least 1 (one) 1st class in Master’s or Bachelor’s degree.
- (b) M Phil or equivalent with at least 2 (two) 1st class/division/Grade A.
- (c) 4-years Bachelor degree with Master’s. At least 3 (three) 1st class/division/Grade A.
- No Third Class or CGPA below 3.50 will be accepted.
Experience Requirements
- At least 12 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): University
Additional Job Requirements
- Experience:
- (a) The candidate must have twelve (12) years of teaching experience, five (5) years as Associate Professor, with at least fifteen (15) publications to his/her credit of which seven (7) as Associate Professor.
- Or
- (b) The candidate must have eighteen (18) years of teaching experience, six (6) years as Associate Professor, with at least fifteen (15) publications to his/her credit of which seven (7) as Associate Professor.
- Or.
- (c) The candidate must have twenty (20) years of teaching experience, seven (7) years as Associate Professor, with at least fifteen (15) publications to his/her credit of which seven (7) as Associate Professor.
