Job Description / Responsibility

Lead and develop Alternative Channels including Institution Sales, Modern Trade, and E-commerce to achieve hygiene business sales targets.
Develop and execute channel-wise sales strategies aligned with overall business objectives.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key institutional clients, modern trade chains, and online partners.
Identify new business opportunities and expand distribution in alternative channels.
Plan and implement trade promotions, pricing strategies, and product listings across channels.
Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and take corrective actions to ensure target achievement.
Coordinate with marketing and supply chain teams to ensure product availability and effective campaign execution.
Lead, train, and supervise the alternative channel sales team to improve productivity and performance.
Ensure proper contract management, negotiation, and compliance with company policies.
Prepare regular sales forecasts, reports, and market insights to support business growth.

Experience Requirements
