Job Description / Responsibility

Job Context: Are you a master of words with a passion for storytelling? NAJUS is looking for a talented and imaginative Content & Creative Writer to join our growing team. We are seeking an individual who can craft compelling narratives, engaging social media posts, and creative campaign copy that resonates with our audience and elevates our brand's voice across all digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Write clear, creative, and compelling copy for a variety of media, including social media posts (Facebook, Instagram, etc.), website content, blog articles, and email newsletters.
Develop and write scripts for short and long-form video content, including Reels, TikToks, and YouTube videos.
Brainstorm and develop creative concepts and content ideas for marketing campaigns in collaboration with the marketing and design teams.
Craft persuasive and effective copy for digital advertisements that drives engagement and conversions.
Conduct research on industry-related topics to produce original, insightful, and well-structured content.
Proofread and edit all content for grammar, spelling, clarity, and consistency before publication.
Adapt your writing style to match our brand's tone of voice and the specific requirements of each platform and audience.
Stay up-to-date with content marketing trends and best practices to ensure our content strategy is fresh and effective.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor/Honors
Bachelor`s Degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Experience Requirements

1 to 2 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): NGO

Additional Job Requirements

Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills in both English and Bengali.
A creative and imaginative mindset with a keen eye for detail.
Proven ability to write for different social media platforms and understand their unique content requirements.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines.
Strong research skills and the ability to translate complex ideas into simple, engaging content.
Basic understanding of SEO principles is a plus.
