Job Description / Responsibility
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting & Information System
- Diploma in Computer
Additional Job Requirements
- Age 18 to 30 years
- Must have Desire and interest to Learn the documents related to the Import-Export, Bill of Entry, Bill of Export & LC;
- Must have Desire and interest to Learn the Preparing the Documents related to the LC, LCA, UP, UD, In-Bond, Ex-Bond;
- Must have Desire and interest to Learn the Preparing and maintain The Latter of Credit (LC), Master LC, Back-to-Back LC and related Documents, dealing with the Advising Bank, Negotiating Bank for LC;
- Must have Desire and interest to Learn the Apply for new Customs Bond License for the Company, Assists for Bond License Renewal;
- Must have Desire and interest to Learn the Learn about the H.S. Code as per Third Schedule of the Customs Act-1969 of Bangladesh
- Must have Desire and interest to Learn the Good Knowledge on VAT acts and rules.
- Must have Desire and interest to Learn the Prepare & Submit monthly Vat Return mushok 9.1 & others related documents & submit it manual to VAT office as per-requirement of NBR.
- Must have Desire and interest to Learn the Maintain the records, register & documents regarding VAT and Corresponding with VAT office.
- Must have Desire and interest to Learn the Mushok – 2.1, 2.2,2.5,4.3,6.1,6.2,6.3,6.1.2,9.1. by hand and always keep updating.
- Must have Desire and interest to Learn the Issuance of VAT deducted Source (VDS) certificate (Mushok 6.6) & provide to its stake holders.
- Must have Desire and interest to Learn the Ensure TDS/VDS and other withholding Taxes are deducted as per govt. rules.
- Must have Desire and interest to Learn the Co-ordinate with Area Office, Factory, Sales and Marketing on VAT related issue.
- Maintain all VAT related register of all concern as per new VAT & SD Act 2012 & Rules 2016.
- Must have Desire and interest to Learn the Prepare & Submit of relevant return under u/s 75 A and 108 & 108A
- Identify and mitigate tax risks as well as review the audited Financial Statement in the light of income Tax Ordinance, 1984 with view to reduce the disallowance.
- Must have Desire and interest to Learn the Prepare various kinds of costing for Price Declarations (Mushok- 4.3)
- Must have Desire and interest to Learn the Preparing all relevant papers and statements needed for the Chart of Accounts, Journal Entry, Ledger, Trail Balance Process;
- Field visit and Collect Data & Documents as required and instruction of Supervisor;
- Ability to learning from the Supervisor;
- Providing necessary support to procurement related work and its documentation;
- Data Entry Operator, General Office works and so on;
- Ensuring security and safe custody of all documents related to the responsibility;
