Job Description / Responsibility
- Achieve overall sales target of spare parts.
- Prepare & implement marketing plan through dealer network.
- Take initiative to appoint spare parts dealer to increase sales.
- Collect market information and timely submit to supervisor for taking action plan.
- Forecast sales to ensure adequate stock of Spare parts at dealers to avoid sales loss
- Promotion of spare parts through sales counters, dealer network and institutional buyers by leading a team of sales professionals.
- Ensure proper distribution of the spare parts to the dealer point and other stake holder.
- Prepare and produce necessary reports to the authority time to time and discuss with supervisor for next step.
- Co-ordinate the Supply Chain Management to procure product in time from local & foreign market after maintaining all formalities.
- Ensure daily and monthly physical inventory and take remedial action if any irregularities found.
Educational Requirements
- Diploma in Automobile
- Bachelor of Science (BSc)
Experience Requirements
- 7 to 12 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Automobile, Indenting, Motor Vehicle body manufacturer, Motor Workshop
Additional Job Requirements
- Age At least 29 years
- Only Male
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet monthly targets.
- Tech-savvy with basic knowledge of MS Office/ERP software.
