Job Description / Responsibility

Maintaining high customer satisfaction at all times
Understanding customer needs and recommend suitable products
Handling customer queries
Promoting and upselling products to achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
Providing accurate product information (price, features, offers)
Ensuring proper display and merchandising of products
Maintaining cleanliness and proper arrangement of the store
Following store opening and closing procedures
Accurately handle cash, card, and digital payments at the POS (Point of Sale)
Maintaining cash register and ensure error-free operations
Ensuring a positive checkout experience for every customer
Maintaining accurate daily cash and transaction reports

Educational Requirements

Bachelor/Honors
HSC
Minimum HSC Pass (Graduate preferred)

Experience Requirements

1 to 2 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): E-commerce, Food (Packaged), Manufacturing (FMCG), Multinational Companies

Additional Job Requirements

Age At least 20 years
Only Male
1–2 years’ experience as a cashier or in retail sales
Good communication and customer handling skills
Smart, energetic, and presentable
Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and under pressure
Basic knowledge of POS / billing system
