Job Description / Responsibility

Conduct competency-based training following NSDA curriculum and guidelines
Prepare lesson plans, training materials, and practical assignments
Deliver both theoretical and hands-on training sessions
Evaluate trainees through formative and summative assessments
Maintain attendance, progress tracking, and required documentation
Ensure trainees meet NSDA competency standards
Coordinate with assessors and management during assessments
Maintain a professional and engaging classroom environment

Educational Requirements

HSC
Diploma in Computer in Computer Engineering
Bachelor of Science (BSc)
Master of Science (MSc)

Experience Requirements

2 to 6 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): IT Enabled Service

Additional Job Requirements

Age 20 to 40 years
Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
Candidates must have NSDA certification in any of the following trades:
Digital Marketing – Level 3
Or Computer Operation – Level 3
Or Graphics Design – Level 3
Or Web Development – Level 3 or 4
Strong practical knowledge in the relevant trade
Good presentation and training delivery skills
Experience in competency-based training (CBT&A preferred)
Basic reporting and documentation skills
Good communication skills in Bangla and English
Proficiency in MS Office and relevant software tools
