Job Description / Responsibility
  • Must have registration under the Bangladesh pharmacy Council.
  • Supervise daily manufacturing operations, ensuring compliance, cGMP.
  • Organize & Monitor Daily Production Schedules .
  • Ensure adherence to cGMP and SOEs, including proper fill up, checking, and signing of BMR and BPR .
  • Lead, train, and coach production operators and supervisors, and manage team performance .
  • Coordinate with engineering departement for machinery maintenance, calibration, and cleaning of the production area .
  • Handle deviations, participate in audits (internal & external), and implement change controls to improve product quality and yield.
  • Experience In Production Liquid, Tablets, Capsules, dry syrup, semi-Solid, Ointment, sachet.
  • Optimizing Production schedule to meet target monitor operator& Packer.
  • Prepare& develop BMR, BPR ,SOP.

Educational Requirements
  • Master of Pharmacy (M.Pharm)
Experience Requirements
  • At least 10 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Herbal Medicine, Healthcare/Lifestyle product
