Territory Sales Manager

Job Description / Responsibility

Drive sales and achieve revenue targets within the assigned territory
Identify and develop new business opportunities with dealers and distributors
Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners and key customers
Execute strategic sales plans to expand market presence and coverage
Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer feedback
Ensure effective stock management and product visibility at dealer locations
Appoint, train, and support new channel partners in the territory
Provide after-sales support and resolve customer complaints promptly
Coordinate with internal teams for logistics, order fulfillment, and customer service
Maintain accurate records of sales, orders, and customer interactions
Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and territory performance updates
Educate customers and partners on product features, benefits, and usage
Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing guidelines, and safety standards
Continuously stay updated with industry developments and new product offerings

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)

Experience Requirements

At least 3 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Importer, Wholesale, Battery, Storage cell, Dry cell (Battery)
