Job Description / Responsibility
  • Must have registration under the Bangladesh pharmacy Council.
  • Ensure compliance with cGMP, GLP, GDP and applicable regulatory guidelines.
  • Implement, maintain, and improve the Quality Management System (QMS).
  • Review, approve, and control SOPs, batch manufacturing records (BMR), batch packaging records (BPR), specifications, and protocols.
  • Ensure adherence to Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
  • Review completed batch records and support batch release or rejection.
  • Initiate, investigate, and document deviations, OOS/OOT results, and incidents.
  • Perform root cause analysis and ensure effective CAPA implementation.
  • Review and approve change control requests and assess regulatory impact.
  • Participate in validation and qualification activities (process, cleaning, equipment, utilities, and computerized systems).
  • Conduct and support internal audits, vendor audits, and regulatory inspections.
  • Conduct GMP and SOP training and monitor training compliance.

Educational Requirements
  • Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm)
  • Pharmacy (B. Pharm / M. Pharm)
Experience Requirements
  • 1 to 2 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Herbal Medicine, Healthcare/Lifestyle product
