Job Description / Responsibility
- Job Context
- We are a fast-growing medical equipment and dialysis products company in Bangladesh. To drive nationwide sales expansion, dealer development, and corporate business growth, we are seeking a highly experienced, strategic, and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Manager.
- Key Responsibilities
- Appoint, manage, and expand District and Divisional Dealer networks across Bangladesh
- Lead sales, marketing, and business development activities nationwide
- Develop and execute corporate deals with hospitals, dialysis centers, and healthcare institutions
- Act as a Business Development Policy Maker, defining long-term sales and growth strategies
- Build, lead, and monitor high-performance sales teams
- Identify new markets, channels, and strategic partnerships
- Ensure strict implementation of credit-avoidance and controlled credit policies
- Achieve annual sales targets and ensure sustainable business growth
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing
- Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Biomedical Engineering
- Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering
Experience Requirements
- 5 to 7 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Healthcare/Lifestyle product, Medical Equipment
Additional Job Requirements
- Age 30 to 40 years
- Only Male
- Experience in Medical Lab Equipment, Blood bank equipment & Dialysis Products (Dialyzers, Bloodlines, and Needles), Healthcare Sales.
- Candidates from well-established and reputable medical companies will be given preference
- Must have a strong existing sales network with hospitals, dialysis centers, and medical institutions
- Proven expertise in dealer & distributor management
- Strong experience in corporate negotiation and high-value deal closing
- Demonstrated ability to manage credit risk and credit-controlled sales models
- Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and decision-making capabilities
