Medical Assistant

Job Description / Responsibility

Provide first aid and basic medical support to workers and staff.
Assist factory doctor/nurse in medical services and health programs.
Maintain medical room operations, cleanliness, and readiness.
Keep accurate medical records, treatment logs, and health registers.
Monitor occupational health issues and report trends to management.
Support health screening, vaccination, and awareness programs.
Ensure availability and proper use of medicines, first aid boxes, and equipment.
Respond to workplace medical emergencies and accidents.
Support compliance requirements related to medical facilities and worker health.
Assist during buyer, social compliance, and statutory audits.
Coordinate referral of employees to external medical facilities when required.
Support maternity-related health monitoring as per labor law.
Maintain confidentiality of medical information.
Prepare medical MIS reports for sustainability and HR departments.
Promote health, hygiene, and safety awareness among employees.

Educational Requirements

Diploma in Medical
Diploma in Health Technology and Services
Diploma in Midwifery
BM&DC Certificate is mandatory.
First Aid, Basic Life support, Occupational Health & Safety training will be preferred.

Experience Requirements

2 to 5 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Textile

Additional Job Requirements

Age 25 to 35 years
Only Male
Experience in factory, industrial, or garment sector will be preferred.
Knowledge of first aid and basic medical care.
Understanding of occupational health and workplace safety.
Record keeping and documentation skills.
Ability to handle emergencies calmly and efficiently.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Confidentiality and ethical handling of medical information.
