Job Description / Responsibility
  • Lead overall showroom sales operations & achieve monthly/annual targets
  • Drive revenue growth through retail & project sales
  • Manage sales team performance & target monitoring
  • Develop and maintain strong sales pipeline & corporate client base
  • Supervise pre-sales activities (BOQ, quotation, client presentation)
  • Ensure proper product merchandising & showroom standards
  • Monitor collections, customer satisfaction & repeat business
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts & business development plans

Educational Requirements
  • Master of Business Administration (MBA)
Experience Requirements
  • 6 to 10 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Group of Companies
