Job Description / Responsibility

Key Responsibilities:
Plan and execute nationwide marketing strategies to promote all product categories
Supervise and train medical promotion officers (MPOs), regional managers, and marketing staff
Develop and implement product branding, promotional campaigns, and sales programs
Build and maintain relationships with doctors, chemists, dealers, and distributors
Conduct market analysis, competitor tracking, and customer feedback collection
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual marketing reports and forecasts
Ensure regulatory compliance and coordinate with production and R&D teams
Represent the company at trade fairs, seminars, and industry events
Ensure overall marketing budget control and cost optimization

Experience - Only 10 years’ Experience in Homio Field Can Apply
Requirements
Must have strong leadership, planning, and communication skill.
Capability of Tour in Whole Bangladesh.
Tinctures Sales Experience
Good Relation with Homio Doctors, Homio Shop in whole Bangladesh.
Capable of building and managing a marketing team and dealer/distributor network across Bangladesh
Sound knowledge of current market trends, product positioning, and promotional strategy
Should be target-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of strategic decision-making
Strong computer proficiency (MS Office, ERP/CRM tools preferred)
