Job Description / Responsibility

About Us:
MaxValu Online Store is a growing Import-Export and E-commerce business. We operate multiple online platforms and are dedicated to delivering quality products to our customers. We are looking for an energetic and multi-talented Sales & Operations Officer to join our dynamic Sales & Marketing team.
Location: Crown Building (Opposite to South Point School & College), Road 11, Block J, Baridhara, Dhaka.
Work Details
Working Hours: 09:30 AM – 06:00 PM.
Working Days: 6 days a week (1 day off).
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Communication:
Handling inbound and outbound calls to assist customers and close sales.
Operations Management: Managing and updating the company website (Product listing, inventory, etc.).
Data Management: Maintaining daily sales and inventory reports using Microsoft Excel.
Team Collaboration: Working closely under the Sales & Marketing team to achieve monthly targets.

Educational Requirements

Higher Secondary
Minimum HSC passed.
Candidates currently pursuing a Master’s degree or those who have completed their Master’s from a reputed university in Dhaka are highly encouraged to apply.

Experience Requirements

At least 1 year
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Retail Store, Online Streaming Startup, Online Retail Startup

Additional Job Requirements

Experience: Freshers are welcome! However, 1 year of experience in a similar role will be an added advantage.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Data entry, formulas, and reporting).
Basic knowledge of Website Management/E-commerce backend.
Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills in Bengali and basic English.
Selection Process: Candidates will undergo a short practical test on Excel and Website Management during the interview.
