Job Description / Responsibility

Prepare all kinds of report for new associate’s medical test such as height, weight, pulse, eruption of teeth, age, eye test etc.
Check the health status for those associates & staff who are expecting their babies;
Ensure overall health and safety issues of the workers and staff periodically;
Prescribe medicine or other advises to the attending patients;
Organize seminar on hygiene, first aid, occupational health or any epidemic situation.
Recommend sick leave of the workers and staff according to the company`s rules and regulation.
Check the health status of babies in child care center.
Recommend maternity leave of those workers and staff who are expecting their babies.
Develop injury and incident prevention.
Provide first aid to emergency patients and take necessary actions to refer them to specialized nearby Hospitals for better management (if required) with information to the factory management;
Plan strategically to keep and maintain a good and healthy occupational environment;
Any other tasks assigned by the management.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery(MBBS)

Experience Requirements

At least 2 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Group of Companies, Textile

Additional Job Requirements

Age At least 28 years
Good leadership and commitment to a safe working environment ensuring workplace health and safety initiatives.
Clinical skills in emergency medicine, intensive care are required.
Competency in advanced life support skills;
