Job Description / Responsibility
- We are a leading provider of medical diagnostic solutions in Bangladesh. We are looking for a technically sound and result-oriented Sales & Service Engineer to manage our specialized portfolio, including Laboratory Equipment, Blood Bank Solutions, and Radiology Printers. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between technical maintenance and strategic sales growth.
- Job Responsibilities
- Sales & Business Development: Identify and acquire new clients (Hospitals, Diagnostic Centers, and Research Labs) to meet monthly and annual sales targets.
- Technical Installation: Lead the installation, commissioning, and configuration of Laboratory analyzers, Blood Bank equipment, and Radiology printers.
- Preventive Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance (PM) and troubleshooting of hardware/software issues to ensure zero downtime for clients.
- Product Demonstration: Provide high-quality technical demonstrations and hands-on training to Pathologists, Lab Technicians, and Radiologists.
- Customer Support: Act as the primary point of contact for technical queries and provide prompt after-sales service.
- Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor activities in the Radiology and Lab segment and report market trends to management.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Biomedical Engineering
- Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering
- Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Electronics
Experience Requirements
- 2 to 3 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Medical Equipment, Healthcare/Lifestyle product

- Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities.

- Basic skills of management, motivation for sales, meeting sales goals, closing skills, Product knowledge, etc.
- Working knowledge of data analysis and operational metrics, business infrastructure, and MS Office
