Job Description / Responsibility

Job Context:
We are looking for a qualified and responsible Medical Assistant for our factory located at Gazaria, Munshiganj. The position will be under FDB payroll. The selected candidate will provide primary healthcare support to factory employees and handle emergency medical situations.
Job Responsibilities:
Provide primary medical treatment to factory workers.
Administer first aid during workplace injuries and emergencies.
Maintain and update employee medical records.
Refer serious cases to nearby hospitals/clinics when required.
Manage medicine stock and prepare medical reports.
Conduct health awareness sessions for employees.
Ensure compliance with company health & safety policies.

Educational Requirements

Diploma in Medical
Diploma in Medical Assistant / Paramedics.
Registered Medical Assistant Certificate will be given preference.

Experience Requirements

2 to 4 years

Additional Job Requirements

Only Male
Experience: 2 – 4 years of relevant experience (Factory/Industrial experience preferred).
Strong knowledge of first aid and emergency response.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer proficiency (MS Office).
