Job Description / Responsibility
- In more work with dealers, distributors, buyers, painters, contractors, government and non-government organizations, and marine-related shipyard projects to generate sales.
- Identify and develop potential clients and the business market. Meet the monthly sales target and identify new markets for expansion.
- To maintain a professional relationship between clients and the manufacturer or production floor. Capable to handle credit collection and manage the dealers, distributors & end-users. Ensure sales targets Vs achievement.
- Ensure responsible trade-related activities report in a specific region submitted to the GM (Sales & Marketing).
- Ensuring timely product delivery to customers and product availability in Depot.
- To take product orders from buyers and dealers and deliver them to the delivery department.
- The collection must be submitted within the time given by the office.
Educational Requirements
Experience Requirements
- 1 to 3 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Paint, Chemical Industries, Beverage, Food (Packaged)/Beverage, Bakery (Cake, Biscuit, Bread), Developer, Diagnostic Centre
- Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

The trainee will remain in the training period for six months from joining. The duration may change based on performance. The allowance or salary will be provided based on a fixed commission rate on sales collections. Only commission will be paid on sales collections after the six-month training period. If the commission earned before the end of the six-month training period exceeds the allowance, the company will switch the allowance to a full commission, based on the individual`s performance. No other benefits or demands can be made, except for the area-specific TA/DA and sales collection commission. Fixed allowance (including TA/DA) will be provided only during the training period, but no commission will be given during this time.
