Job Description / Responsibility

ROLE OVERVIEW
We are seeking a sharp and analytically rigorous Research & P&L Analyst to support data-driven decision-making across the sales division. The ideal candidate brings solid financial acumen, deep research capabilities, and hands-on experience with AI-powered tools for analysis and reporting.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead primary and secondary research initiatives to support business strategy and sales decisions
Build, manage, and analyze Profit & Loss (P&L) statements across projects and revenue lines
Develop financial models, forecasts, and scenario analyses to inform leadership decisions
Leverage AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot, specialized analytics platforms) to enhance research speed and accuracy
Prepare regular performance reports, dashboards, and data visualizations for internal stakeholders
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and industry benchmarks to identify business opportunities

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Finance
Bachelor of Business Studies (BBS) in Economics

Experience Requirements

3 to 5 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Group of Companies, Advertising Agency

Additional Job Requirements

Age At least 20 years
Preferred relevant experience in financial analysis, research, or P&L management
Strong proficiency in financial modelling and spreadsheet tools (Excel, Google Sheets)
Hands-on experience using AI tools for data analysis, research synthesis, or reporting
Excellent analytical thinking, attention to detail, and ability to translate data into clear insights
Experience in a sales, media, or commercial environment is an advantage
Strong written and verbal communication skills for presenting findings to senior leadership
