Assistant Manager - Security

Job Description / Responsibility
- Job Context: To ensure the safety of employees, assets and operations by leading the security team, implementing robust protocols and managing access control effectively.
- Job Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily security operations within the factory premises.
- Ensure proper deployment and monitoring of security guards at all entry and exit points.
- Maintain strict access control for employees, visitors, and vehicles.
- Monitor CCTV systems and ensure all surveillance equipment is functioning properly.
- Protect company assets, materials, finished goods, and equipment from theft or damage.
- Oversee gate pass systems for materials, goods movement, and employee belongings.
- Conduct regular inspections of security posts and ensure discipline among security staff.
- Investigate security incidents, theft, or suspicious activities and prepare investigation reports.
- Coordinate with HR, Compliance, and Administration departments regarding security matters.
- Maintain security records, logs, and incident reports properly.
- Provide training and briefing to security guards regarding safety and security procedures.
- Coordinate with fire safety teams during emergencies and evacuation situations.
- Maintain liaison with local law enforcement authorities when necessary.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly security reports for management review.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor degree in any discipline
- Certification or training in Security Management / Fire Safety / Emergency Response will be preferred.
Experience Requirements
- At least 6 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

- Experience in Garments / Textile / Manufacturing Industry preferred.
- Strong leadership and team management ability.
- Knowledge of factory security operations and access control systems.
- CCTV monitoring and surveillance management.
- Incident investigation and reporting skills.
- Good communication and coordination ability.
- Problem-solving and decision-making capability.
- Knowledge of compliance and workplace safety regulations.
