Job Description / Responsibility

Conversant with local laws & regulations and ensure implementation
Able to develop strategic policy & procedures in aspect of Admin & Security issues.
Responsible for overseeing the entire Safety and Security system.
Develop and update the security system to maintain a safe work environment.
To respond to all emergencies promptly when arises.
Effective execution of administrative functions.
Resolve employeeʼs grievance, stress in a proactive manner. Communicate with the concerns for their needs in respect of administration and security.
Have to ensure factory safety and security with utmost professionalism.
To ensure continuous patrolling to the security posts and around the office premises.
To check all the registers those are being maintained in the security posts.
Attend the important guests and ensure their protocol.
To lead, appraise and train the security personnel and follow up on the third party`s security service deployed in different posts.
To produce necessary reports, records, and documents to the management time to time.
To maintain liaison with the different government entities in respect of security & safety.
The applicants should have work experience in RMG industry and security service provider handling with large number of security personnel.
Have to take part in Crisis Management and Close Protection to the VIP Preventing and defecting offense on site and monitor the CCTV camera systems.
Any other activities assigned by the management from time to time.

Bachelor/Honors

Experience Requirements

12 to 15 years
