Job Description / Responsibility

Lead factory security team and make daily roster.
Conduct regular assembly and foaling of the security
team.
Responsible to develop effective security system and ensure safety & security of the man, materials and machines of the whole factory premises.
Develop and updating the security system to maintain a safe work environment in the factory.
Closely monitoring, controlling & managing the employee`s movements during entry & exit along with effective visitor movement management.
Directly supervise control & monitoring security staffs. Make regular duty roaster for security guards and staffs and confirm their daily duties.
Maintain effective security management system by following & keeping proper documents with policy & procedure according to compliance requirements.
Should have sound knowledge about security related activities, C-TPAT, 7-Point, 5-Point, WRAP and SCS/GSV audit, Training Instructor for security related training.
Coordinate fire Evacuation Drills and other training to enhance knowledge and awareness.
Coordinate training on Fire, Safety and Security to all security guard regularly.
Maintain all security related compliance records and register on regular basis.
Perform other duties as when assigned by the management.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor/Honors

Experience Requirements

At least 3 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Sweater Industry

Additional Job Requirements

Age 30 to 40 years
Only Male
RMG Sector security experience will be an added advantage.
