Job Description / Responsibility
- Supervise and manage day-to-day private service operations in line with company policies and procedures.
- Monitor service schedules, duty rosters and performance of assigned staff.
- Ensure proper utilization, maintenance and documentation of company vehicles/assests under private service.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly and monthly service reports to management.
- Assist in budget planning and cost control initiatives for private service operations.
- Coordinate emergency or special service requirements as assigned by management.
- Ensure discipline, accountability and standard operating procedures among service personnel.
Educational Requirements
- Diploma in Mechanical
- Diploma in Automobile
- Diploma in Power
Experience Requirements
- At least 5 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Automobile, Motor Workshop
Additional Job Requirements
- Highly expert in operating modern automobile workshop.
