Job Description / Responsibility

Job Responsibilities:
Developing & implementing security policies, protocols with the collaboration of the HR department.
Updating guards` weekly duty roaster every week and submit to HR department.
Follow up & ensure duty of the security guards according to duty roasters collaborating with HR department.
Ensure gate pass are being checked properly and submit day`s total gate passes to HR department on next day.
Ensure factory opening & closing procedures are being followed, necessary certificate / registers are being updated properly.
Check challan/voucher for all outgoing goods and ensure accurate register posting.
Monitor the electronic surveillance equipment used on the premises
Control budgets for security operations and monitor expenses.
Plan and coordinate security operations for specific events.
Train, motivate security personnel & guide them.
Any other official work assigned by the management.

Educational Requirements

HSC
Bachelor degree in any discipline
HSC/SSC or Graduation in any discipline.

Experience Requirements

1 to 2 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

Additional Job Requirements

Only Male
Must have experience in the armed forces, with a minimum rank of JCO
Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in the relevant field.
Ability to work under pressure.
Must have excellent interpersonal & communication skills.
Should have basic computer operating skills.
Ready to residing in factory surrounding areas.
