Job Description / Responsibility
  • Job Context
  • Biomax International is a leading supplier of medical equipment and diagnostic solutions in Bangladesh. We are looking for a skilled and motivated Sales & Service Engineer to handle installation, maintenance, technical support, and product promotion of medical equipment at hospitals and diagnostic centers.
  • Department: Engineering Department.
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Installation: Install and set up medical equipment at hospitals and diagnostic centers.
  • Maintenance & Service: Provide preventive maintenance and breakdown support during and after warranty periods.
  • Technical Demonstration: Conduct product presentations and explain technical specifications to clients.
  • On-Site Support: Deliver need-based service from head office or directly at client locations.
  • Training: Provide operational training to marketing officers and hospital/lab staff.
  • Sales: Need based sales and marketing activity.
  • Reporting: Submit daily/weekly visit reports and assist with sales forecasting.

Educational Requirements
  • Bachelor of Science (BSc)
  • Master of Science (MSc)
  • Diploma
  • Diploma in Electro-Medical or EEE, B.sc/ M.sc in Biomedical or related Engineering Subject.
Experience Requirements
  • 1 to 3 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Medical Equipment

Additional Job Requirements
  • Experience: The applicants should have experience in the following business areas 1-3 years:Pharmaceutical, Hospitals, Medical Equipment or others related companies. Freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.
  • Motibility:
  • Must be willing to travel anywhere in Bangladesh at short notice.
