Job Description / Responsibility

Install, configure, manage, and harden server & storage infrastructure (physical and virtual)
Deploy and maintain Linux-based systems with Web, Database, Mail, DNS, and other enterprise services
Manage cloud servers across multiple platforms
Ensure server IAM, OS & application security, endpoint protection, DLP, and system access control
Perform patch management, vulnerability remediation, and CIS-based hardening
Integrate servers with monitoring platforms, XDR, SIEM, and SOAR tools and proactively monitor events
Ensure backup, restoration, and disaster recovery readiness
Handle incident, change, and problem management as per ITIL
Provide Level-2 technical support for OS, server applications, antivirus, and system-related issues
Maintain asset management for all servers and systems
Coordinate with vendors for warranty, servicing, and support contracts
Work closely with cross-functional teams; manage SLA & OLA
Maintain documentation: processes, policies, SOP’s, build docs, project docs, issue & risk registers.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering
Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering

Experience Requirements

3 to 5 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Buying House, Garments, Group of Companies, IT Enabled Service
